• The booking must be made within one week of the competition draw and arranged directly with the selected artist.

• The appointment date must be mutually agreed between the winner and the artist and is subject to the artist’s normal availability.

• The prize consists of one day session, typically up to six (6) hours, and must be redeemed in a single booking. The session may not be split across multiple appointments.

• The chosen design must be suitable for and compatible with the artist’s individual style of work.

• Cancellations or date changes are not guaranteed and remain entirely at the artist’s discretion.

• The winner grants permission for images of their tattoo to be used in future Inkcomps promotional and marketing materials.

• Winners must be aged 18 years or over.

• The winner acknowledges and agrees to comply with the selected artist’s individual terms and conditions of business. Inkcomps accepts no responsibility or liability for the outcome of the tattoo or services provided.
